This course is based on the presentations by Rev. Dr. Adrian Lamkin of June 2005 and February 2006 to classes sponsored by the GRR's Regional Ordination Program.
Dr. Lamkin is Professor of Church History with Urbana Theological Seminary, Urbana IL. He has taught Church History at both William Jewell College and more recently at New Orleans Baptist Seminary. While at William Jewell he was also the faculty manager of the Charles Spurgeon Library.
Adrian grew up in Kentucky, the son of a Southern Baptist pastor. He received his doctorate from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary of Louisville KY. He is now married and resides with his wife and family in the Champaign IL area where he and family are active members of the First Baptist Church of Champaign at Savoy.
