(The author's book is out of print and few if any copies are available. However, the author has given GRRABC permission to copy and make available the book in PDF format. He asks that those who would like to have a copy send a check payable to Area III GRR for $10.00. Following your download of the book, you will need a password to open it. Send a check to the Area III Treasurer, Annetta Holt, 1317 Carolbeth Ave., Macomb IL. Upon receiving the check, you will be sent the password to open the file. The file is approximately 7 MB. It is both text searchable and bookmarked to chapter and section titles.
