Before you click on the "Start Course"button above or at the bottom of this page, please note the following features that are present to help you on the pages of this course.
The course videos are in Flash format. Your browser may sense a need for you to download a "plug-in" player (though most computers come with this already installed). Trust the Adobe site from whom you can allow your computer to download the player.

Note the Table of

hand column of each
page. Clicking on any page of any section will take you to that page at any time. Please use the vertical scroll bar on the righthand side of the Table of Contents to view the entire listing of Contents.
The main section of each page of the course will have course text, video, images, or review questions - or a combination of these. If there is a vertical scroll bar (as in this first page pictured above) please use it to find the remaining text on the page.
Some pages may contain words in blue (as in the screen shot to the left) of one of the pages of the course. Note the word in blue at the left in the first bulleted paragraph.
Clicking on a linked word will either take you to an external web site or to the Glossary (seen as a tab on the bottom left of each page of the course).
This Glossary will provide you with definitions of terms that may be unfamiliar to you. Clicking on a hyperlinked word that is present in the Glossary will open the Glossary window providing you with an opportunity to read more about the term. (You may also go directly to the Glossary by clicking on the tabbed labeled Glossary at the bottom of each page.) To close the Glossary, please click on the X in the upper right hand corner of the Glossary window.
